To make the process easier and less stressful, we’re happy to bring samples to you if needed.
Do you apply for permits?
Yes, we typically handle the permit application process on your behalf. However, if preferred, clients can also choose to obtain the necessary permits themselves.
Do you provide engineering services if requested?
Yes, we do. We work closely with trusted engineers and can arrange their services as needed for various types of projects.

Will you clean up after the job is complete?
Yes, cleanup is an essential part of our service. Our team makes every effort to keep your renovation area tidy throughout the project. Before flooring is installed, all surfaces are thoroughly vacuumed. At the end of the job, we vacuum the entire area and wipe down all finishes. While some fine dust may still appear in the days following completion, we recommend scheduling a furnace cleaning to remove any remaining dust. We’re also happy to arrange furnace cleaning for you upon request.
Do you carry all required insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage?
